이 컨셉은 주택구입시 은행 모기지의 이용과 크게 다르지 않습니다. 전액 현금으로 구입가능한 주택의 양과 모기지등을 활용한 주택의 구입의 양에 차이가 있듯이 은행의 대출을 이용하여 생명보험을 구입하는 방식을 취합니다.

Year 1-5 

  첫 5년동안 가입자와 은행(대출기관)에서 불입금을 불입.

Year 6-10

 6년째부터는 은행(대출기관)에서 불입금 전액을 납부

Years 11-15

자산이 증식하는 기간

Years 16 +

Policy에 존재하는 현금가치를 이용해서 은행 대출 불입금을 변재하고 남은 가치를

이용하여 생명보험의 유지 혹은 은퇴 보조 자금으로 이용한다.
